Amble Properties is a small, family run business that was established back in 2019. We are based in the vibrant and diverse city of Newcastle and believe that everyone deserves a house they can call a home. We aim to provide safe, secure and beautiful homes that people can enjoy living in.
We first met in Sydney back in 2012 whilst backpacking across Australia and New Zealand. It was here that we realised we share the same passion for travel, the outdoors and property. Since then we have continued to travel and seek out new experiences as well as build our property business and start a family.
We work with investors who are looking to start or grow their property portfolio and can assist with project management and full tenant management services. We have completed refurbishments on flats and houses for investors, as well as currently managing single lets and HMO’s on behalf of other landlords.
With our guaranteed rent option, we offer a straightforward and uncomplicated solution to fellow landlords who are looking to simply secure the monthly income from their investment property without all of the hassle that being a landlord brings. We are already working with several landlords across the region who are benefiting from this service.
The city of Newcastle, located in the North East of England is one of the largest cities in the UK with a population of over 265,000, with 1.3 million people living within the metropolitan county of Tyne & Wear. The city possesses a reliable network of road and rail links making it easily accessible to both tourists and professionals.
​Plans for a brand new multi-purpose arena and conference area on the banks of the world famous Quayside are already underway, as well as the ongoing regeneration of the North Shields fish quay. This will ensure that Newcastle continues to be a key area for growth.
